RevoSolution | Enterprise Software & ERP Solutions
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of Revo Commerce (the “Service”), provided by RevoSolution (“Revo,” “we,” “us”), based in Pune, Maharashtra, India. By creating an account or using the Service, the business doing so (“you,” the “client business”) agrees to these Terms on behalf of itself and everyone it authorizes to use its account.
If you are a customer of a client business — for example, you’ve ordered from them or messaged them on WhatsApp — these Terms don’t apply to you directly; your relationship is with that client business, under their own terms.
Revo Commerce is a multi-tenant business-management platform: sales order management, production planning and batch tracking, inventory, GST invoicing, payments and receivables, dispatch and delivery, complaints handling, and WhatsApp-based customer communication (including a self-service ordering menu and an AI ordering assistant). Each client business’s data is kept in a separate, access-controlled space and is never visible to another client business.
You are responsible for:
Use of the Service is subject to the plan you subscribe to, as agreed separately at sign-up. Fees, billing frequency, and any usage-based charges (for example, WhatsApp message volume) are set out in your plan or order form, not in these Terms. We may change pricing for future billing periods with reasonable advance notice.
You agree not to use the Service to:
As between you and Revo, you are the data controller for your own customers’ data — you decide what to collect and why, and you’re responsible for having a lawful basis to message them and to hold their data (for example, your own privacy notice and consent process). Revo processes that data only to provide the Service to you, as described in our Privacy Policy.
Revo operates as a Meta Tech Provider, connecting your WhatsApp Business Account to the Service. Your use of WhatsApp messaging through Revo Commerce is also subject to WhatsApp’s Business Messaging Policy and Meta’s own platform terms. Meta may restrict or suspend a WhatsApp number for policy violations independent of anything Revo does — we are not responsible for actions Meta takes against your account for your own messaging conduct.
The AI ordering assistant interprets a customer’s free-text WhatsApp message into a structured draft order. It never independently sets price, tax, credit approval, or inventory availability, and it never creates a confirmed sales order — every order becomes commercially binding only after an explicit confirmation step, using values computed by the Service’s deterministic pricing and inventory logic, not by the AI. Treat AI-drafted line items as a starting point to review, not a final commercial offer.
Revo retains all rights, title, and interest in the Service, including its software, design, and underlying technology. You retain all rights to your own business data — your orders, customer records, and content you send. We don’t claim ownership of your data, and we use it only to provide the Service to you.
We aim to keep the Service available and reliable, but it is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, and scheduled maintenance or third-party outages (including Meta’s WhatsApp Business Platform, payment gateways, or cloud infrastructure providers) may affect availability from time to time.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Revo will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, or data, arising from use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
Either party may terminate access to the Service as set out in your plan or order form, or immediately if the other party materially breaches these Terms and doesn’t fix it within a reasonable time after notice. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; your data is retained and deleted per our Privacy Policy‘s retention terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any dispute arising from them is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pune, Maharashtra.
We may update these Terms as the Service evolves. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date above; continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
